Cross-Border Partnerships

In an increasingly interconnected world, addressing equity and racial justice requires a collaborative and comprehensive approach. By expanding equity efforts across North America through a trilateral network that connects researchers, activists and organizations from Canada, the United States, and Mexico, we can work towards the goal of improving racial equity and social justice in a way that is felt at the local level.

Socioeconomic disparities, racial injustices, and access barriers often transcend borders, and collaborative solutions can yield greater impact. By broadening the scope of equity-focused work, we can address systemic  and transnational inequities. Expanding equity efforts also promotes the sharing of best practices, allowing activists and organizations to learn from each other and devise innovative strategies. This also provides a platform for ongoing dialogue, ensuring that initiatives remain responsive to emerging challenges. This approach creates opportunities for synergy and fosters a sense of shared responsibility.
